How the Mobile App Works
Your Shift Scan account is created by your company through the Manager Dashboard. Your employer controls which features and views you see based on your role — so the app stays simple and only shows what's relevant to you. Once your account is active, download Shift Scan on your phone and start clocking in at your job sites.
Post QR Codes
Place unique QR codes at each job site or work zone. Each code is tied to a specific location and job number — no manual entry, no confusion.
Scan & Clock In
Workers open Shift Scan, scan the code, and confirm the job number and location. GPS verifies automatically. The app works offline, so remote sites with no signal are never a problem.
Submit for Review
At the end of the shift, workers clock out the same way. Timecards are submitted to the manager dashboard automatically — no paper, no data entry.
